  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt Can use normal or Greek,
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey


  1. Mix all three ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve with apples, bananas, pretzels, crackers, etc.

Use vanilla or chocolate yogurt.
Dress it Up:
Add mini chocolate chips
