3-6tablespoonspowdered sugarmay use more if desired, depending on preference
Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
With a hand mixer, beat on medium to high speed until stiff peaks form.
Store until later use. (Would make no more than a day ahead.)
Change it Up: Substitute cream cheese for the mascarpone. However, you must whip the cream cheese and sugar separately from the whipped cream and then simply fold it in at the end. Not doing so may result in cream cheese lumps.
