Easy Sesame Chicken over Rice

  • 1 pound chicken breasts diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion sliced thin for garnish


  1. Place oils in a skillet over medium heat until they run quickly on the pan.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour and place in hot pan.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Mix sugar and soy sauce.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes for sauce to thicken.
  7. Add sesame seeds.
  8. Serve over rice with green onion for garnish.
