Roasted Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds), Cranberries, and Chocolate Mix

  • 1 cup pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon oil optional
  • salt optional, to taste
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Toss pepitas in a light coat of oil and then season with salt.
  3. Cook 5 minutes. Stir.
  4. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until seeds start to turn golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  6. Toss with chocolate and cranberries and enjoy your yummy snack!

Dress it Down:
Use raw pepitas instead of toasted.
