Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies! Crispy and chewy all at the same time. So yummy!

Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter 2 sticks
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup malted milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups and 1/2 all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Whoppers or Mini Robin's Eggs chopped if you are that ambitious

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add egg, yolks, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  3. Add malt powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Stir until combined.
  4. Mix in chocolate chips and whoppers.
  5. Scoop into 3 tablespoon balls.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake for 8-11 minutes at 350 F or store in bag in the fridge or freezer until cook time.
