Ingredients

Cups
unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
can use homemade or store-bought

tablespoons
honey
1/2
cup
quick oats or 1/4 cup oat flour
2
tablespoons
milled flax seed or chia seed
1
large banana
1 1/2
cups
frozen fruit
i.e. strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, etc
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender in order listed
Blend all ingredients into a smoothie.
Add more honey if needed to reach desired sweetness.
Store in 2 pint size mason jars for up to 3 days.
