Ingredients

medium sweet potatoes

tablespoons
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel and slice sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and spread onto sheet pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15, or until potatoes start to get golden brown with speckles.

Dress it Up:
Sprinkle ground clove and fresh ground nutmeg over potatoes before baking.
