Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut rind off of Brie (all, or at least top and sides). Place in porcelain or glass baking dish.

Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Arrange grapes over top of brown sugar layer. Sprinkle a little more brown sugar on top to fill in the gaps, if desired.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is soft and melty and brown sugar has melted and begun to caramelize.

Serve with crackers.

For leftovers: cover with dish lid or plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Simply heat back up in oven again to re-soften.
