Ingredients

cup
uncooked long grain white rice
rinsed until water is clear

water

cup
coconut milk
½
tablespoon
vanilla extract

tablespoon
cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
1/3

to 2/3 granulated sugar
Instructions
In a blender add cinnamon stick, rice and water. Let sit for 3-12 hours. Pulse for 10 seconds. Strain through strainer or
nut bag
.
Stir in vanilla, milk and sugar. Serve over ice with a pinch of cinnamon or a stick for garnish.
