Easy Sesame Chicken over Rice

Ingredients
1
pound
chicken breasts
diced into 1 inch pieces
2
tablespoons
flour
2
teaspoons
sesame oil
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1/4
cup
sugar
1
tablespoon
sesame seeds
1
green onion
sliced thin for garnish
Instructions
Place oils in a skillet over medium heat until they run quickly on the pan.
Dredge chicken in flour and place in hot pan.
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Mix sugar and soy sauce.
Pour over chicken.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes for sauce to thicken.
Add sesame seeds.
Serve over rice with green onion for garnish.
