Chocolate Stuffed Peppermint Sugar Cookies Recipe

By Christina | Food Apparel 1 Comment

Chocolate Stuffed Peppermint Sugar Cookies at FoodApparel.comYears ago in Alabama I had a friend make a batch of peppermint flavored sugar cookies filled with chocolate.  They were an absolute treat, so once I go the recipe from her I decided to add a little green dye so I could serve them to my kids while watching The Grinch.

You could take the green dye out and serve these as a little more sophisticated treat.  Either way, they are fun, tasty, easy to make, festive, and original.  Happy Holidays friends!
