We have a couple more awesome desserts coming up in preparation for Valentine’s Day, so look out for next week!
In the meanwhile, we were thinking we wanted to bring back some “Kitchen Wardrobe” posts. We did a few awhile back, life got busy, and we weren’t quite sure where we wanted to go with it. But we decided that we want to round out the site a little bit for you. Baking and/or cooking is more than just a recipe. It’s understanding the tools, ingredients, and techniques that you’re working with as well so that you can achieve the maximum final result.
The other day, Christina mentioned that I loved gold-touch baking sheets for cooking veggies (like these sweet potatoes) to help them crisp up nicely.
My friends, these gold-touch non-stick baking sheets from Williams-Sonoma are AMAZING!
Williams Sonoma has a wide variety of gold-touch pans but this sheetpan I’m mentioning here is one of my favorite two. Super easy to clean and browns things perfectly.
I advise against baking cookies and such though for the sake of not wanting burnt bottoms. That gold is hot!
(This is not a sponsored post. I just absolutely love this product and wanted to share!)
