Dairy-Free Coconut Horchata Recipe

By Christina | Food Apparel Leave a Comment

Try this Dairy-Free Coconut Horchata Recipe! The coconut flavor fits right in with all of the creamy goodness!

Coconut Horchata! Oh yeah! (dairy-free version, and also a classic version as well)

I was playing around with homemade coconut milk the other day (recipe to come soon). I’m always looking for milk alternatives since in my family we tend to be a little lactose intolerant.

With Cinco de Mayo coming up tomorrow, I started daydreaming about Coconut Horchata. It sounded like a great combination: coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, with the creamy rice milk. Oh yeah. This was happening.

And guess what folks? It’s good. So if you want to enjoy something a little different and dairy-free, try out this Coconut Horchata! You are going to LOVE IT.
