I hope you enjoyed pumpkin week last week. Honestly, there are so many more recipes that we didn’t even get a chance to share with you. But, we’ll keep the good stuff coming. And remember, pumpkin doesn’t just have to be for the Fall. Honestly, it’s a great secret to add to a lot of baked goods. I try to keep a can of it in my cupboard year ’round.
So, today we actually had a fun opportunity to do a guest post of these Delicate Pumpkin Cookies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting over at TheFoodCharlatan.com, a very fun food blog run by Karen Gifford.
Karen used to live in my neighborhood and she’s awesome! Here’s what Karen’s Pinterest profile says:
“How I spend my time: 40% making food, 20% blogging about the food I made, 20% avoiding dishes, and 10% trying not to suck at math.”
Those words ring so true to my heart, especially the dishes part! Karen has some awesome recipes on her blog. And as a side bonus, she takes fabulous pictures and has a knack for storytelling so you can get entertained and be introduced to a mouth-watering recipe all at once. WIN!
Go check her out and check these cookies out. They are my absolute favorite pumpkin cookie having such a moist, delicate crumb. They kind of melt in your mouth. Thanks again Karen for letting us join you at The Food Charlatan and we are excited to have you post over here in the future!
